Jody grew up in Fremont County and Hot Springs County, but it never dampened her interest in seeing and exploring other places. She has traveled extensively with her sons, Forrest, Skye, and T.J. Jody graduated from University of Wyoming with a teaching degree, but then spent the next ten years in the optical business. When looking for a new career her requirements were to help people build wealth for themselves and provide a service people need and want. According to Jody becoming a Realtor was the best advice her Dad ever gave her. But it was her heart that told her form a profit-sharing partnership with her sons Skye and Forrest. Jody's son Skye Coleman-Weisz now owns the Riverton office and the Riverton Franchise. Jody's other son Forrest Coleman-Weisz now owns the Thermopolis office and the Thermopolis Franchise.
